Stitching For America

Stitching for America is an event for all to participate.  It’s a collaboration of thoughts from Tarie Williams, www.yarnheaven.com, a person near and dear to Charity Knitting  and The Plymouth Yarn Company.  It is to help our neighbors who have been affected by the recent devastation of the floods, tornadoes, etc.  If we all unite together, we can help.

Our Church grooup has been knitting and crocheting lap robes, scarves, hats and sweaters, and sending them overseas with a missionasy to Kosovo,(Iwent with him at one time) but now we would like to turn our efforts coser to home, I did go on several mission trip to New Orleans ans Gulfport after Katrina, and took sewing machines, quilts and fabric. Now we would like to send things to other places in need. Is there a way to get help with shipping?
