I discovered Debbi’s shawl on ravelry a couple weeks ago and couldn’t help but notice how cute it looked on her, and asked her if we could feature her project.

Citron Pattern by Hilary Smith Callis

Of course, I have an affinity for greens since I am a redhead- this color looks stunning on Debbi (who happens to be a redhead at heart.)

Just like a standard shawl pattern, it starts with a tab and increases. However, the increases are more abundant & are met with a few decrease rows as well to make the rouching effect. With a 20 row repeat, this shawl can easily be modified larger by following additional repeats.

Debbi’s shawl took one skein of our Baby Alpaca Lace

The pattern can be found on knitty.com.
